Female directors, managers, and corporate climbers
SUMMARY
Research shows that mixed management teams are more profitable and work more efficiently. Yet, women are still a minority in the work place. While there has been a lot of progress over the past few years, there is still a long way to go.
“Women In Business” is designed to help female managers and directors break through the glass ceiling and advance in the workplace without having to work "like a man". They will discover how to stop holding themselves back and gain the confidence they need to succeed. They will also receive tools to help them overcome obstacles while staying true to their femininity.
It educates and inspires by using stories from Hollywood heroines and innovators who broke through racial, social, ethnic, technological and economic barriers to achieve success in a male dominated world.
